Position Summary
As a Retail & Production Associate, you will be the heart of our daily operations, gracefully moving between our welcoming retail space and our detailed production area. You will be a brand ambassador, sharing the stories behind our products with customers, and a skilled artisan, helping to create the very items they love. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, personable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and finds joy in both customer interaction and hands-on creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gracious Customer Assistance: Welcome guests with genuine warmth, guiding them through our collections and sharing product knowledge to create an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Artisanal Production: Operate specialized production equipment with care and precision to craft our signature products, upholding our high standards of quality.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise in both the retail and production areas, ensuring everything is beautifully presented and accounted for.
- Studio Maintenance: Maintain a pristine and inviting environment throughout our retail space and production studio, reflecting the luxury of our brand.
- Point-of-Sale Operations: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling sales, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and grace.
Who You Are
- You possess exceptional customer service skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Your attention to detail is impeccable, whether you are assisting a customer or working on a intricate production task.
- You are a proactive and adaptable team player who remains poised and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a flexible schedule and are available to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.
- You are comfortable with the physical aspects of the role, which include standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or production setting is a wonderful plus, but it is not a requirement. We believe in nurturing talent and will provide training to the right candidate.
- A passion for our brand and an appreciation for finely crafted goods is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
