Shop Policies

Production Time:

All of our candles are hand-poured and we often make each candle once an order is placed. Please allow 3-5 Business Days for processing. 

Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges:
As candles are generally made after an order is placed, we allow cancellations up until the item is shipped. We do not allow returns or exchanges, but please let us know if there is something wrong with your order. 
Damaged Candles:
Our candles are made in glass containers, and there is always a risk of candles being damaged during shipping. We try to package the candles in a way that does not allow for them to break, but unfortunately accidents happen. If your order is broken when it arrives, please send a message along with a picture of the damaged items and we will happily ship out a replacement free of charge.
