Production Time:

All of our candles are hand-poured, and we often make each candle once an order is placed. Please allow 3-5 Business Days for processing. Custom orders take 1-2 weeks for production.

We offer $8.00 flat rate 1-3 Day Priority Shipping through USPS on all domestic orders. If you choose a faster shipping speed, this does not alter any production times.

Missing or Wrong Items in Order:

Our team does a wonderful job making sure your order is packed with love and care, but we are human, and unfortunately that means mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order, please email us at, and we will happily correct the issue.

Damaged Candles:

Our candles are made in glass containers, and there is always a risk of candles being damaged during shipping. We try to package the candles in a way that does not allow for them to break, but unfortunately accidents happen.

If your order is damaged when it arrives, please send an email to, along with the following: 

  • Photo of damaged items
  • Photo of the outside of the shipping box
  • Photo of the inside of the shipping box (including packing materials)
Once we process the claim, we will happily ship out a replacement free of charge or offer a refund. We will be unable to process a refund or replacement until we have received all information to process the damage claim.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages:

Once orders have been shipped out, they become the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries, stolen packages, or any other issue that arise while the order is the hands of the shipping carrier. 

Generally, the quickest way to locate an order that has been marked as delivered but has not yet arrived, is to contact your local post office. They will be able to reach out to the carrier to help locate your package.

If the carrier is unable to help locate your order, please contact us at, and we will be happy to assist in making a claim. Claims for missing orders cannot typically be made until 15 days after estimated delivery. Once we have processed your claim, we will be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund.

In-Store Pick-Up:

We offer an in-store pick-up option from our Flagship located at 218 St. Philip Street Charleston, SC 29403. If this option is chosen, please note that our hours are Monday-Saturday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. If you end up needing your order shipped after selecting in-store pick-up, please let us know and we will send an invoice for shipping.
